These include massage, cupping and also dry needling but you can guarantee that Joni will only give you the best service using her many years of experience. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been seeing Joni for a number of years now and every time she manages to sort out any problems I have, usually with my shoulders and back! Definitely recommend to anyone with an injury or just to see regularly.
Joni has been amazing in helping me embark into my Crossfit journey. She has helped contain and now elimate my aches and pains from training twice a day under high intensity and stress. She has been wonderful in the treatments provided and will continue to use her to aid my training Into the 2020 season! Thank you for keeping me unbroken 😊

Two types of Injuries
Acute injuries are usually the result of a single, traumatic event. Common examples include wrist fractures, ankle sprains, shoulder dislocations, and hamstring muscle strain.
As such, chronic injuries are often referred to as overuse injuries – injuries resulting from overusing one body area while playing a sport or exercising over a long period. Some common examples of chronic injuries are stress fractures, tennis elbow, shin splint, runner’s knee and heel inflammation.
